Applicants will be expected to demonstrate relevant professional experience augmented with impressive academic qualifications. It would be highly advantageous for applicants to have significant professional experience working in commodity and / or financial services industries, to have significant professional experience working in several African markets, and to be fluent in multiple African and international languages. Most importantly, the successful applicant should have extraordinary level of drive, determination and vision required to make the Bourse Africa dream a reality.

Staff compensation will be competitive, in line with the experience of the applicant and the requirements of the post. Employment will be based in Bourse Africa’s offices either in Gaborone, Botswana or Johannesburg, South Africa. Recruitment for positions affiliated to national members of the Bourse Africa network is handled at country-level by the management team of each respective entity.
